• Refreshing! One of the most important uses of this web site is to provide up to date information. Within minutes or hours of the webmaster receiving the information, it gets posted. However, to make web pages load faster into your own computer, it will first look in its "cache" to see if you have already loaded it. If so, it shows you that "old" page instead of downloading it again. Usually this is a good thing but if you want to be certain you have the most up to date information on the server, just press the F5 button on your keyboard. If there are no changes, the page will look identical to what you saw a moment ago; any changes there are, will appear in a moment.This works with Internet Explorer, Opera and Firefox browsers and may work with others. Each browser also has its own clickable "Refresh button" but the location and look depends on the version you are using.

• This site is best viewed at 1024 x 768 or 1152 x 864 resolution. Most people already have 1024 x 768 as their default so this may be optional!

Changing the resolution: If you want to change the resolution a Windows computer using XP (may be slightly different with different versions), right-click anywhere on the Desktop where there is no icon. A small menu will pop up. Select "Properties". The next window to pop up will be called "Display Properties". There will be a tab named " Settings". Click that and then you will find a "slider" under "Screen Resolution". Adjust it for one of the resolutions above, then click "OK"

(Optionally, click "Apply" instead of "OK", to preview the effect. If you like it, click "OK". If not, click "Cancel".)

• To increase or decrease the size of text on most websites, in most browsers, press the "CTRL" button, while moving the knob on your mouse (if it has one) one way or the other.

• If you are viewing the photographs on the Photos page, you can double click each small, individual photo to see it larger, or, in the upper left corner of the screen, clidk on "Slide Show" and it will automatically start playing through the photos. You can adjust the timing of the automatic advance and/or pause/resume playing it with controls at the bottom of your screen.

• If you are downloading forms, most or all will be in PDF (Portable Document) format. Many people have Adobe Acrobat reader on their computer. If you do not, I suggest another free PDF reader that is about 1/10 the size of Adobe and works well. Foxit will read any form on this site.
