NEW UNIFORMS ARE HERE! Click here to see what they look like. If you have already purchased "old" uniforms, you do not need to update the uniforms for some time or necessarily to transfer old badges to new uniforms. From a news release posted by CBC:
" Beaver Scouts (aged 5-7) will continue to wear a bucket hat and vest but in modernized shades of blue and brown. Instead of the stiff vests Beavers have been wearing since the '70s, they will have a modern zip-up vest made of terry fleece.
- Cubs (aged 8-10) will shift back to past tradition with a grey uniform.
- Scouts (aged 11-14) will wear a modern green.
- Venturers (aged 14-17 ) will wear navy blue.
- Rovers (aged 18-26), as well as adult volunteers and leaders will wear a "patriotic red" uniform.
- Aside from the uniforms, there are also hoodies, polo shirts, hats, pants, jackets and vests, as well as yoga pants for females."

Activity Uniform consists of:
Neckerchief ("Necker")- must be work to all meetings and functions regardless of the shirts worn. Can be removed during some games at Leader's discretion.
Scouts Canada Activity T-shirt: (Orange,Green or Grey)
Pants/Belt: Official pants and belt are available through the Scout Shop but are not mandatory at First Lexington. However, dark, preferably blue, pants in good condition are required if not using the "official" pants.
The Activity T-shirt is not required but is inexpensive and will save wear and tear on the more expensive formal shirt.
Formal Uniform consists of:
Neckerchief (Necker)- must be work to all meetings and functions regardless of the shirts worn. Can be removed during some games at Leader's option.
Full Dress shirt: Familiar tan cotton shirt. This may be worn at all meetings and functions and must be worn for ceremonies, all out of school (that is, in public) functions.
Sash: Worn with the dress shirt, under the same conditions. May be taken off for some games at leaders' discretion.
