Click one of the selections and when the slides load, either view individual pictures or click "Slide Show" in upper left corner.
Once it starts, you can pause or play, or change the timing of the automatic slide changes (default is 3 seconds)
Do you want to download some photos? If you use the free Picasa (Google) photo editor and manager, you can easily download photos to your own desktop with it. If you do not have or want that versatile, though somewhat complex program, you can download Picasa Downloader (not a Google product) instead.
OR: If you only want to download a small number of pictures you can (in Windows) right click on a picture and select "Save As". Then select where you want to save the pictures).
