This site has lots of information on lanterns and also on stoves. It looks like there is plenty to peruse and you will find, besides his collection, and photos of his country, lots of technical information on several kinds of lanterns dating back to the 1920's!

11   Link   Kelly Kettles
Kelly Kettles, a.k.a "volcano kettles" due to their internal design, can quickly boil water and cook a limited number of foods. They are also quite pricey though you can save a bit by buying the kits.

You may get away with not having to carry fuel - if you are assured of fuel where you go. I did not find the US website particularly helpful at describing fuels that can be used. They do specifically state that you can use alcohol/gel burners IF they will physically fit into the burner. Photographs and text also suggest that you can use charcoal and even a very small wood fire. If you do not carry fuel, using some flat rocks to elevate the kettle and provide space and air for a fire is recommended.
---------------------------------------
This looks like a really interesting product and appears to come from Ireland. The US website listed- at the time I found the site- zero stock on every model! This may be because, it appears, that all stock is shipped (quite cheaply I must add) from Ireland. So the US site may simply take North American orders and have them drop shipped from Ireland, meaning that there is no stock held in the US.

I also noted a few, though quite minor, grammatical or spelling errors on the US site, which does not inspire an air of professionalism. Additionally the phone number is attached to an individual's name and not a company. So perhaps the individual is simply an agent. That's in not in itself any reason to avoid dealing with him, but you may - or may not- be more comfortable dealing with the Irish manufacturer's site at http://www.kellykettle.com
